From 12th May we proceed to charming Dutch village near Amsterdam known for its iconic windmills, traditional wooden houses, and artisan workshops, offering a glimpse into 18th-century Dutch life and culture. Seat in Coach: (SIC) transfers involve shared bus
transportation, meaning you will be traveling with other co-passengers. To
ensure a smooth transfer, it is advised to be present at the designated pick-up

Please be aware that waiting times of approximately 30-45 minutes may occur,
depending on factors such as traffic conditions, the location of your hotel.
SIC Time: For shared (SIC) pickups, the maximum
waiting time is 5 minutes. The guide or driver will actively search for you in
the hotel lobby. Additionally, they may attempt to contact you, If there is no
response within the 5-minute waiting period, it will be considered a No Show,
and the guide or driver will proceed with the transfer accordingly. It is
important to be prompt and available during the specified waiting time to avoid
any inconvenience.
Tour Guide: There are no guides provided during
sightseeing tours. You will be only dropped and picked up and you will need to
explore attractions on your own.
Timings: For any change in pickup timing of private
tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance on our
support number. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
Visa: We assist with visa applications for travelers,
but visa approval rests solely with the Embassy. If the visa is rejected or
delayed, we are not responsible for refunds, and standard cancellation policies
will apply. The outcome of the visa application is at the Embassy's discretion.
Security Deposit: During hotel check-in, you may be
required to provide an advance/security deposit, the amount determined by the
hotel's policy. This deposit is refundable at check-out, subtracting any
charges for items from the mini-bar, additional services, or damages incurred
during your stay.
Passport: Ensure that the passports of all traveling
guests are valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.
Attraction Tickets: The cost and tickets for
attractions related to children are determined by the age provided during the
package quote creation. If service providers charge extra based on children's

must be covered by the customer on-site.
Early Check-Out: No refunds will be provided for
unused nights or early check-out. In the case of a medical condition, the
refund policy depends entirely on the hotel's specific policies.
Change in Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify
the itinerary due to factors like Force Majeure events, strikes, weather
conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. While efforts will be made to
arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for any refunds or compensation

Airline Cancellation: If a flight is canceled, we are
not responsible for providing alternative flights at the same cost. Any

dates when the hotel organizes gala dinners (e.g 24th Dec, 31st Dec, 14th Feb),
